Hiking On The River In The Canyons Of Osum, Skrapar

Overview : The Osum Canyon is one of the must-see tours in Albania! It’s a 3-million-year-old canyon, also known as the “Colorado of the Balkans,” with a 12 km trail and walls reaching up to 120 meters. It will offer you an unforgettable view, as one of the best places to visit in Albania!

The hike to Osum Canyon will last approximately 2-3 hours, depending on the group’s experience, size, and preferences.

While passing through the canyon, you’ll witness its unique ecosystem. Caves and various rock formations will amaze you, as there’s an island not far from the starting point, where you can jump and get a thrilling adrenaline rush.

The stories and legends of this place are extensive, so you’ll hear them along the way. And that’s not all, the canyon has a surprise for you: some waterfalls will join you, with the strongest being the “Waterfall of Love.”

After the hike, a minibus will take us to a local restaurant, where you’ll enjoy the finest Albanian dishes.
